Our thoughts have a linear relationship between how they affect our behavior. MST spotlights the inner critic and identifies the certain times of when the negative self-talk comes into play during your performances. Through MST, you will learn how to identify and replace the negative dialogue that has been continuously playing in your mind like a script, break past “bad” workouts, and figure out why your mind gets the best of you in training..
Self-awareness is just the foundational piece of MST, but it walks right into how you can manage your emotions more effectively, which then leads in to how you respond to situations. To be mentally tough, you need to understand how you engage with yourself internally because it can help you level-up your mind. and take control.

I do not utilize a cookie-cutter approach. With MST, it is tailored specifically to you, where I take your training history, current training, stressors that are affecting you now and have affected you in the past, sleep management, your goals, your mindset, and your daily life. For first-responders, I take in additional consideration your high-stress environment and how that affects you, along with all other components listed above. The purpose of this is to meet you where you are at currently, to use MST tools that can guide you and be applied to reach the goals you aspire, that are unique to yourself. Join me, let’s make MST a habit and train it to become automatic. You only get better at something by putting in the effort and doing the reps.
